Clinical Assessment
At Lineage Priority we want to fully understand your condition and situation first, so that we can prepare a comprehensive care plan that is suitable for your needs. This is why we offer our inclusive Clinical Assessment for those who are struggling with substance abuse and mental health.
Medication Management (Coming soon)
At Lineage Priority we understand the importance of taking the right medication, at the right time. This is why we are offering our Medication Management service so that we can help our clients efficiently manage their medication intake schedule.
Outpatient Therapy
Our Outpatient Therapy program at Lineage Priority provides individuals with mental disorders and/or substance abuse problems with the opportunity to work towards their recovery, while still having the support of a structured treatment setting outside of an inpatient program.
In-School Therapy
Lineage Priority's In-School Therapy service brings essential mental health support directly to students within their educational environment. Our team collaborates with school staff and families to address emotional and behavioral challenges, ensuring students receive tailored interventions without disrupting their academic routine. This integrated approach promotes well-being, reduces out-of-school placements, and supports students' overall success.
Community Support Groups
Parents United
Parents United is a program of the Lineage Priority project that seeks to provide support for parents and guardians who are concerned about the mental health of their children through confidential, peer-to-peer meetings. Parents and guardians need support to navigate the challenges that arise when raising kids who struggle with their mental health. By sharing experiences and personal stories, parents will connect with each other and gather strength from the knowledge that they are not alone.
Women Willpower
We allow space for transformation, emotional healing, and depth in the revelation of our identity through the experience of unconditional care. We aim to do this by facilitating spaces and providing tools for women to express and experience mental and emotional freedom. For women struggling with their mental health, joining a support group can be a beneficial way to receive help and improve their daily lives, all while feeling like they are part of a community.
Redemption
(Reentry Therapy)
Individuals with mental and substance use disorders involved with the criminal justice system can face many obstacles accessing quality behavioral health service. For individuals with behavioral health issues reentering the community after incarceration, those obstacles include a lack of health care, job skills, education, and stable housing, and poor connection with community behavioral health providers. This may jeopardize their recovery and increase their probability of relapse and/or re-arrest. Additionally, individuals leaving correctional facilities often have lengthy waiting periods before attaining benefits and receiving services in the community.
M.A.T.
M.A.T. connects men to individuals and organizations who lack support in there ecosystem. This is a platform to uplift the community by giving the safe space for men to connect and converse about different topics.
